When entering the Masjid

When entering the Masjid recite Durood and Salaam first and thereafter recite:

"O Lord, forgive my sins and open the doors of mercy for me".

(Mishkat)
Alternatively recite
"O Allah, open the doors of mercy".

(Mishkat)

At the begining of making wudu

Recite:
"I begin in the name of Allah, who is the Most Merciful, Most Gracious".
It is stated in the hadith that one should begin wudhu with Allah's name. No words have been specified and our elders read the above. It is recorded in some ahadith that wudhu is valid although no "Bismillah" is recited.

(Mishkat)

On completion of wudu

Look towards the sky and recite:
"I testify that there is no one worthy of worship besides Allah. He is all by Himself and has no partner and I testify that Muhammad is Allah's slave and Rasool (Messenger)".

Eight doors of Jannah will be open for the reciter of this dua. He will be able to enter from whichever door he pleases.

(Mishkat)

On hearing the Athan

Upon hearing the Athan, recite:
"I testify that there is no one worthy of worship besides Allah. He is all by Himself and has no partner and I testify that Muhammad is His servant and Rasul. I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, Muhammad as my Rasul and Islam as my Deen. It is stated in the hadith that the sins of a person are forgiven if the above dua is recited on hearing the athaan.

(Muslim)

Upon hearing the Muazzin give Athan

Reply to the Muazzin
It is stated in the Ahadith that whosoever answers the muazzin there is Jannah for him.

Thus the reply to the muazzin (when the Muazzin says:)
recite:
(Mishkat)
At the end of the athaan recite Durood then
"O Allah, the Lord of this total call (invitation, proclamation) and the Lord of the Salat to begin, grant Muhammad 'intercession' ( a status) and grant him superiority and let him reach Mooqame Mahmood which You have promised, for definitely You do not go back on Your promises".

(Mishkat)

Note: The reply to the Iqamat is the same as the reply to the athaan, except that when hearing:
-stand up for Salaat, recite:
Allah keep (Salaat) perpetual".

(Mishkat)

After Fajr and Maghrib Prayer

Muslim Taimi (R.A.) narrates from Prophet Mohammad to recite the following seven times before speaking to anyone:
"O Allah, save me from the fire (Jahannam)."
If a person recites the above dua and dies the same night, he will be saved from Jahannam and if he recites it seven times after Fajr Salaat before speaking to anyone and if he dies on that same day, he will be saved from Jahannam.

(Mishkat from Abu Dawood)

After the FARD salaat

Recite Astaghfirullah thrice and recite the following:

"O Allah, You are safe, and from You we receive safety. You are Blessed, Lofty and Dignified".
From the following duas either recite all of them or any one indivisually:
a. "Besides Allah, there is no one worthy of worship, He is all by Himself and has no partner. His is the Kingdom, to Him is all praise and He has control over everything".

(Bukhari, Muslim)
b. "O Allah, no one can stop what You give and no one can give what You stop and the wealth of the wealthy cannot prevent Your punishment".

(Mishkat)
c. "O Allah, I seek refuge from cowardice, miserliness and childness in old age, from the trials of this world and punishment of the grave".

(Bukhari)
d. "O Allah, forgive my past and future sins and those sins which took place knowingly or unknowngly and forgive me for exceeding the limits and those that You know more than me. You are the beginning and the end and besides You there is no one else worthy of worship".

(Abu Dawood)
e. "O Allah, help me so that I can make your Dhikr, glorify You and worship You properly".

(Abu Dawood)
f. Note:
It is stated in the hadith that the person who recites Ayatul Qursi after every Salaat, death is the only barrier for him between him and Jannah.

After every Salaat recite SubhanAllah 33 times, Alhamdulillah 33 times and Allahu Akbar 34 times.
Many virtues are recorded in the Ahadith regarding the recitation of the above.

When coming out of the Masjid recite Durood and Salaam first and thereafter recite:

"O Lord, pardon my sins and open the doors of virtue for me".

(Mishkat)
Alternatively recite
"O Allah, I ask of you, Your Fadl (goodness)."
(Mishkat)

Allah subhan wata'ala knows best.
